Description of feature

Placeholder to track ideas on replacing blastn in the PacBio filtering sub workflow. Previous attempts (#66) failed with minimap2 splice.

Would like to find something that can handle BAM/CRAM natively, which would save a number of intermediate conversion steps we are currently only doing to accommodate blastn.

AC-Diamond, blat, vsearch, PB-specific tool, blasr, ??
