Add "Apps" to top nav and footer nav

One question I get a lot during user testing is "What apps does Sandstorm have?". Although we have some links throughout the website leading to the App Market they're not easy to find.

We should:

• add "Apps" to our top nav linking to the App Market
• add "App Market" to the footer nav to also link to the App Market

This problem came up again in 2 user tests. I'll add some thoughts on additional things we can do:

• Replace the App Market link on the home page with a button and some text for context
• Link "App Market" text to go to the App Market if there is no clear way to get there on a given page
