[BUG] Left align todo form cards if there are less than 4 forms #181

Describe the bug
The todo form cards are aligned as space-between so there is a lot of space between cards when there are less than 4 cards.

To Reproduce
Go to dashboard.

Expected behavior
Cards are left aligned when there are less than 4 forms.
