Hi Im desperately trying to revive my htc desire 12 plus ,,how can I get the OTA for this model??thank you

for CID - I do not know. I left it blank. It sill would let me download it.

But it wont help you. In order to revive your htc desire 12+, you need a factory image not a an OTA update. The correct stock ROM for HTC Desire 12+ is "2Q5W100_Breeze_PLUS_DUGL_O80_ODM_SENSE93_HTC_EU_V1.05.401.7_Radio_953_GEN_PACK-1.141773.1.143508.1_Release_SD.zip". But unfortunately, it is nowhere to be found. If you have more luck in finding that factory image then let me please know,

May I please know how you know of the correct name for the stock rom zip for something that is nowhere to be found?
I have a HTC U12 Life which I need the factory image for but I cannot find it anywhere. I am able to download the OTAs using this tool but I cannot find the stock firmware.

I figured it out. I can’t remember how; It’s been a while. I revived my htc desire 12+ by getting complete backup from college and using it through twrp in that way reviving the device.
