More descriptive exception message for "The build "_default" is not configured"

hi,

I must admit that when I first saw this error it was not like 1 min to find reason :)

And the reasons at my side is always only two:

1. It is fresh TYPO3 with no encore yet and static TS form extension not added yet at all.
2. It is fresh install of project from git and no "npm build/watch" done yet.

Unfortunately any new upcoming developer needs to figure this painful true.
Often they end at my slack which I would like to avoid.

Do you think that maybe this exception message can be extended a bit with a link to some github discussion where there would be some extended answer?
Like:

The build "_default" is not configured. Check this link for possibile solutions https://github.com/sabbelasichon/typo3_encore/discussions/182

I can of course prepare the discussion content and make PR for this.
