How to check/detect any input touch action from user?

How to check if there is any input touch action from user? I am trying to brighten/darken the screen if there is any user interaction with the screen. To assign the screen brightness, we use smartdisplay_lcd_set_backlight(float duty). My board is ESP32-8048S043C. Thank you

Hello,
Typically if you are using LVGL you could use something such as a button and set the callback on pressed.
