Requirement is not shown in the requirement list

I was only able to observe this bug in the 'Requirements Bazaar' project so far, because I remembered a requirement from the activity tracker, but I was not able to find it in the requirements list.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check the requirement at https://requirements-bazaar.org/projects/2/requirements/3552. According to the breadcrumb navigation, it is in the 'Requirements Bazaar' project under the 'Frontend' category.
2. Go to https://requirements-bazaar.org/projects/2/categories/2 (the Frontend category)
3. Observe that the requirement is missing (currently it should be the first one to be shown because it's the newest)
