Make program to handle post-processing pipeline

Maybe /bin/bash would be a good language for it, since most of the post-processing tools use bash, and performance is of lesser importance. Tools should be available on host computer.

Two alternative pipelines:

raspiraw ---> scp/rsync from RPi to host computer ----> raw2ogg2anim ----> cleanup

raspiraw ---> raw2ogg2anim ----> cleanup
