Nodes and docs should include raw path / Support "edit on ..." links #104

Nodes and document should also include their "raw" path in their API response, not just the "clean" URL used by DSK.

By "raw" I mean something like this:

/docs/02_The%20Frontend/03_Documentation%20Components/Code%20Block/02-Properties.md

This information can be useful e.g. when creating an "Edit this Page" link.
