Generated plugin requires gradle be installed and doesn't contain gradlew #17

The issue is that current plugin-bootstrap uses gradlew, however it generates project that requires gradle be installed so even tests fails if hradle is not installed.

Proposition is to copy gradle wrapper when plugin is generated.
