Ability to choose to submit a tutorial article, screencast, conference talk, or slide deck

Currently there is a model which represents a Tutorial. You can choose to contribute a full tutorial, or add a link to an existing tutorial. However, this is too limited. We should provide a generic model which will provide the ability to share a link and "tag" it with the category that the link should appear. Some ideas for categories of things that someone might like to share:

• Tutorial
• Article/Blog post
• Screencast (video)
• Conference Talk (video)
• Presentation/Slide deck
