Provide tags for newer ejabberd versions #208

The latest named tag here on Github and on Docker Hub for the Docker image is 18.12-1. It'd be great to have tags for the newer versions as well, so one can install a specific version without having to resort to the latest Docker image which might have breaking changes whenever a new ejabberd version gets included.
