- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 2 cups grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup room temperature whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- paprika
Cook macaroni per directions on package. Make a layer of: macaroni, cheese, and onions, lightly flour, add salt and pepper - repeat layer 2 more times. After completing 3 layers pour milk evenly over dish to the depth of half of the pan.
