This is a feature I implemented in my fork of szurubooru. Would it be useful as a PR to the main project?
The idea is to find posts that have the highest number of matching tags with the current post. E.g. on the screenshot there are other paintings of mountains, but not all have the tag "clouds" or the artist name "eckersberg". The query runs asynchronously after the main page loads. The limit is in the settings. The query respects the current search safety setting.
