Description

SOAP errors with next message:

(soap:Server) Server was unable to process request. ---> Operator '=' is not defined for type 'DBNull' and type 'Integer'.

Possible solutions

Don't have idea what it means. So suggest to ask the support.

Woah 🏃 looks like their db 💥
I'll ask when there's a couple more questions.. Doesn't seem quite urgent, and most likely they'll say "Oh yes we had an outage during that time"

Agree with you. Also looks like such errors appear only for the one host, so may be it's wrong configured on their side and they fix it soon.
