					<h2>The Public and Collaborative Nature of the Projects and Games</h2>

					<p>All data added by a user on Gamers' Plane after account creation are considered public. Any data added is identified publicly by the author's username. All contributions made to Gamers' Plane, and all publicly available information about those contributions, remain the property of the author and are irrevocably licensed and may be freely copied, quoted, reused and adapted by Gamers' Plane.</p>

					<h2>Cookies</h2>
					<p>Gamers' Plane only creates cookies to track if a user is logged in or not. Third party services Gamers' Plane utilizes may create their own cookies.</p>

					<p>The user's email address is the only mandatory data required to register an account with the site. Any other data provided is optional.</p>

					<p>Your email is used only to associate a user with an account and to communicate with the user as per the preferences chosen as per their user profile. Any other data collected is used to better serve the user and/or for inter-user communication.</p>
					<p>No user data is disclosed with any external service, except where it is collected directly by a third party service.</p>

					<p>Gamers' Plane uses the following third party services:</p>

					<p>Gamers' Plane tracks all user activity on the site and logs it to a system log. Logs may be kept for up to 30 days. These logs contain information such as the browser and IP address (and other data).</p>
