Adding follow-up description since we still need to add this:
We currently lack documentation on how to create packages based on existing Luau code (e.g. @rbxts/flipper, @rbxts/profileservice). We now have a pending PR to add a template for Luau packages here: roblox-ts/create-roblox-ts#10, so the guide should ideally reference this template. I'm thinking it will look similar to the existing detailed setup guide.
