Get the price of registering a domain for a given time.

Expected interface:

rns.price(domain, duration)

Refs: https://github.com/rnsdomains/rns-rskregistrar/blob/master/contracts/PricedContract.sol#L26

This methods now gets price only under .rsk domains, as is the only registrar available. Future registrars will use this method to expose pricing.
