It appears that LLVM and bitmanip 0.93 specs describe and support the ternary ops (cmov) and friends, while the public 1.0 PDF makes no mention of them.
Does this mean that they will appear in a future revision of the bitmanip? I'm assuming they were no dropped, but simply not up for the public review process of 1.0 due to the various open issues (such as encoding in #110)?

Only zba, zbb, zbc, and zbs are going through the ratification process at the moment. The other extensions like zbt may be ratified in the future, but there is no guarantee that this will happen. There is a main-history branch that has the info for the other extensions.
