Implement rate limiter to prevent locking of Instagram account?

Expected Behavior

IG account does not get flagged

Actual Behavior

Account got temporarily locked for suspicious activity, even when setting download threads to 1

I'm not sure at what threshold IG would not flag an account, but setting some sort of delay in between download attempts per image/video or in between each post would probably be prudent
