Actually the wiring diagram may be wrong for my board. It is a Arduino Micro but SCK isnt where it is on the diagram. It's one over.

There's definitely an SCK pin on the ICSP header, check out https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/9/9f/Isp_headers.svg/220px-Isp_headers.svg.png
