RightsStatements.org could expose the statement data on web pages using the new Schema.org DefinedTerms for better visibility to search engines.

See the blog post by @RichardWallis for some details on how these work. It brings equivalents of some of the main SKOS constructs (Concept, ConceptScheme, inScheme) into the Schema.org world.
