I an IQ data file in the SC16Q11 format that I'm having a hard time opening. Is that expected? Separately, I'm trying to tune a bladeRF device to an airband frequency (128.175). I'm having a very hard time getting this to work well -- it's dramatically noisier than my little Nooelec NESDR receiver. Any idea why a more capable piece of hardware would be less performant? I'm sure it's user error. Thanks!

I do not know what SC16Q11 format is ? SdrGlut opens raw I/Q files (real, image),(real image),... with binary single precision float point data. "test1_IQ_200000000_2000000_fc.raw" is the format used to get the frequency and sample rate from the file name - 200000000 HZ and 2000000 SPS. The bladeRF is very sensitive that could be why you near more noise. For receiving TV broadcasts the bladeRF output performs all my other devices.
