In setDeviceIdentifier() I can set only one device id, do you have any method that receiving an array of device tokens?

It looks like @rjmunro is looking at this - see #44. Hopefully this will help! I'll close this for now as it's being worked on; please feel free to suggest improvements on that PR :-)
