Download/Save Snaps

Description

When there are multiple snaps (4-5) in chat and downloading overwrites the other one i.e 4 snaps but download 1st then when downloading 2nd it overwrites the 1st one bcoz of the same naming scheme for those snaps
And when there are 4 5 snaps pressing save to camera roll nothing happens

Reproduction steps

1. Open snapchat ask someone to send 4-5 snaps from gallery in chat which makes a stack
2. Download snap one by one
3. Click on Save to camera roll

Download thing is fixed .. but save to camera roll is not working

Sending media from gallery is sent as single media even after split snap is selected in se settings
