🐛 [bug] - make gh-pages work on Forks

📝 Description

if you fork this repo, and point to it with gh-pages .. the links in the Nav do not work
related to the way we use CNAMES, and the jekyll templating which uses ${base.url}

it works locally using jekyll serve and obviously in the main rht-labs.com site
