Describe our principles for forming teams (see miro board for thoughts).

Topics can include:

  • What it takes to have a minimum viable Labs team in a new location (EL, TL)
  • How we form a Labs Residency team (50/50 split, pairing, etc)
  • You build it, you own it: the team that scopes the work, does the work
  • We use Team Topologies to design multi-team interactions, optimized for fast flow
