【现象】：仅有基础光照和闪电风暴的配置，无法修改心灵控制的环境光照参数，涉及如下条目：
DominatorAmbient=1.500000
DominatorRed=0.850000
DominatorGreen=0.200000
DominatorBlue=0.300000
DominatorGround=0.000000
DominatorLevel=0.000000
DominatorAmbientChangeRate=0.001000

【影响范围】：所有地图的心灵控制参数
【产生原因】：界面缺少和配置参数的关联
