An example of how to do a monthly-averaged Hovmoeller-plot would be nice in addition to the averages of n-days.

We can include this as well. Note: "monthly aggregation" is not really possible. What one can do is to set the aggregation to 30 days (deltad = 30L) to get something like monthly aggregation. Do you think it is necessary to extend the function to create true/real monthly aggregation? E.g., by specifying deltad = "monthly" or something?
