Not seeing Revision history

Actual behavior

• During setup, I setup the github repo connection properly (no errors). The description says that it must be setup for revision functionality.
• If I modify a document from 2 different users, I don't see any button or visual indication that I can look at that documents revision history.

Expected behavior

Being able to see who, when and what was changed in aforementioned document.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Just followed the configuration wizard and modified a document as both the admin and a new user.
