We need:

Batch logs by limits (max request size, max log number, max time passed) only, and not by parent item ID.
Update how we log Item IDs, to make it possible to identify Item types and name and their IDs. Not just log Items' IDs, because this is not informative.
Add ability to set desired logging level for RP.
