Fix +<snapshot> version handing for rpm repos

+.* suffix is currently stripped for RPM repos. This is not quite correct as the suffix contains snapshot info and not just a revision:

We should not strip the whole suffix, but the fix is not straightforward, as these versions can be quite long:

and will disfigure the site interface, so we probably need improve long version handling on the frontend first. The -X.Y suffix which looks like a revision should still probably be stripped.
