So we can install sbctl via brew install :) Would also allow for streamlined updates via brew upgrade etc.

The consolidated CLI proposed in replicatedhq/troubleshoot#933 will include sbctl, and also be available to install via krew. Given that, there's little value in maintaining an additional packaging method.
