It could be nice to add a --lr_patches_valid, --hr_patches_valid to follow some useful metrics (e.g. PSNR, SSIM, SAM) during the training.

Or, we could add a --nsamples_ratio for validation, and split the --lr_patches, --hr_patches in two datasets (one for training, as we already do, and the other for validation)
