Generate Web summary

Hi Precellar team,

The creation of standardized html documents summarize data characteristics is super useful. With plotly it should be relatively easy/lightweight to generate interactive plots for such a document.

Auto-generation of a jupyter notebook with summary stats might be a useful middle ground.
