TwitterClient.getFollowing(userId) does not work? #373

TwitterClient.getFollowing(userId)/TwitterClient.getFollowers(userId) returns null?
Or does it only apply to my own userId?

On my side it is working fine, are you sure your userId is the right one ? It can be used for any user.
