I'm pretty sure _DistFadeVert should be 0.00009f, not 0.00004f, or the volume itself should be larger so that more distant clouds are created (but then there might be a performance issue).

Without the UV noise stuff, 0.0004f is good, because it hides the pixelization, but now that's gone, I think it looks way better with 0.0009f since the clouds fade smoothly in and out with distance.
