OS: Windows 7 Professional - 64bit

Everytime I connect the cart, Windows automatically finds and instals the driver "Usbstor".
*Uninstalling the driver, Zadig can't detect the device anymore
*Using "Usbstor" or replacing it via Zadig, Ems-qart doesn't recognize the cart
*Blocking automatic drivers installation, Zadig works fine (though I can't change USB ID, which is not 4670 9394) but Ems-qart still doesn't recognize the cart.

Note: Zadig 2.2 works fine, 2.3 fails

When you say "Zadig 2.2 works fine" do you mean that with Zadig 2.2 the cart is recognized or that it installs the driver but the cart is not recognized with both versions?

Blocking automatic drivers installation, Zadig 2.2 recognizes the cart as "Flash card reader" and instals the driver (still not recognized by Ems-qart though) while 2.3 doesn't recognize the cart at all (and so it not even instals the driver).

Btw, I partially solved it in a curious way:
I noted that under "Flash card reader", 5 different drivers were installed:
the one detected as "Flash card reader" by Zadig was installed under "mass-storage device" and the other 4 under various flash card readers (drivers were "disk.sys").
I thought that maybe the cart wasn't the problem, I tried to connect it with a different cable and Windows automatically installed "winusb.sys" driver, Ems-qart recognizes it and all is working.
Every device I connect through that cable is recognized as "flash card reader", so I'm pretty sure that was the cause.
