Error making amm swap

I'm trying to make a amm swap like in the example and with the cli and both result in "thread 'main' panicked at /home/juan/.cargo/registry/src/index.crates.io-6f17d22bba15001f/bytemuck-1.19.0/src/internal.rs:33:3: from_bytes>SizeMismatch".

I guess its the wallet path, I'm using the file that solana-keygen new spits and it doesn't work, what could I be doing wrong?
