We need to adapt the code: how can we build table-sortable.js from source?

Looking at package.json, you would need to run npm run bundle to start the webpack process.

I think it would be better to document this in README.md, but this issue can be closed safely.

Hi there.
Anyone know how to get the maximized version of the table-sortable.min.js please?
i'm on Debian (Linux) but don't know much about node npm and stuff and these docs are pretty obscure to me :-/
