Nest: Adding the same requirements multiple time doesn't trigger any error #90

If the user uses nest requirement add XXX multiple time, the requirement is added to the root node without any error.

Therefore, the user have to remove it multiple time to actually uninstall the package.

Such behaviour feels odd, and it's probably more natural for most users to prevent the addition of multiple identical requirements.
