Compile Error when using i2c_smbus_write_i2c_block_data

This issue is still not resolved.
I continue to function with an altered linux/i2c-dev.h
As suggested in the earlier discussion, a better solution is to make sure that
/usr/include
is in the search chain before the tool-specific include directories.
Please fix this.

i2c-dev.h has definitions copied from i2c.h.
To reduce maintenance problems, i2c-dev.h should include i2c.h and the duplicate definitions removed.
I can provide a patch.
