The files within the ./scripts directory of the ui-plugin-examples repository are very outdated and unused, which can cause confusion to extension developers.

We should remove these scripts or replace them with a document explaining how a user can publish their extension. This document could point to the Publishing an Extension section of our documentation as well as information on where to find the official extension publishing scripts.
