Placeholder for work related to Rancher Turtles ClusterClass Operations RFC

Post 2.11

• Group clusters (provisioning?) on ClusterClass's group's human name (spec.topology.class points to a cluster class's metadata.name. cluster classes will have an annotation specifying a human readable group name... which will be the group on sort param). This is blocked on SQLite backed cache: Sort namespaces on human name for project rancher#48637
• Work with team to show summary of the state of the rollouts associated with a cluster class (both in list and detail pages). This isn't currently easily possibly given the application of selectors
