Found through QA review of CWS Storylines

When at the introduction panel of the storyline, the chapter hexagon highlights the first chapter hexagon (second hexagon) instead of the first hexagon

  1. Go to the top of the page (introduction panel)
  2. Observe the chapter section on the left side of the page

Expected: First hexagon in the chapter column should highlighted
Actual: Second hexagon in the chapter column is highlighted

DanB: I think this was initially by design, but it seems to be caught by enough QA and clients at this point that maybe we should adjust this to the expected behaviour... OR make the top hexagon more distinct and clear that it takes the user to the top or title slide.
