Manual address entry

There should be an option to allow a user to manually add an account or ens name. There should be two options in doing so:

1. Check for an injected provider at window.ethereum. If it exists use that as the provider to proxy reads.
2. Optionally pass in an rpc provider address.

If neither of those are able to succeed gracefully error for the devs to handle.
