Expose <ConnectButton.Custom> render props as a hook

Thanks for this awesome library!

One feature I would love to see is the possibility to access render props from <ConnectButton.Custom> from the hook (useCustomConnect or something like that).
It would bring much more space for customization and it would allow to wrap those properties with some additional logic in custom hooks wrapper etc. 🙏

Actually now I see that it won't be that ease, because <ConnectModal onClose={closeConnectModal} open={connectModalOpen} /> is rendered inside ConnectButtonRenderer component.

To achieve effect from above request all Modals would have to be lifted to the top level RainbowKitProvider and then expose some react context with method for opening and closing them
