Uppercase commands

We may want to have case insensitive input or maybe the user have a broken shift key. or well. maybe its faster to type without having to change case.. and probably the most important reason is because its easier to spell the command to someone else without having to specify if each letter is upper or lower. This aims to be a safe place to discuss about those changes:

• pxW -> pxwl / pxw= /... -- NOTE there's no help for pxw?
