Mentions show the last comment from the post as their comment

Under "WebMentions" at the bottom of a post page, it shows the correct titles of the web mentions, but then it includes the last comment from the page for each of them instead of the comment for that mention.

• I am using the latest (v.18) with WP 4.9.4
• I use a child theme, but I've verified that this is happening if I switch to the base theme
