PCSA00126 God of War Collections syntax error (Update: removal of Chinese characters solves it temporarily)

Describe the issue
When clicking cheat list, none will be shown. There's a Red line of words:
"ux0:vitacheat/db/PCSA00126.psv:syntax error" The plugin version is "PSVita Cheat z06" Tried in Borderlands 2 and the cheats work.

Removing the Chinese characters solve the issue. I tried to use UTF-8, ANSI, UTF-8 BOM, they all get syntax errors except ANSI. ANSI I got broken characters partial English.

Im having the same issue what do i do once im in notepad do i deleted all the highlighted black letters?? Im so lost
